PlantCare collect your personal data so that you can benefit from PlantCare's Services and we make it our duty to adhere to the rules of the app!

This privacy policy is designed to help you understand how your data is used, inform you of your rights and how to exercise your rights.

1. Personal information we collect

The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us, the choices you make, including your privacy settings, and the products and features you use. The data we collect can include SDK/API/JS code version, browser, Internet service provider, IP address, platform, timestamp, application identifier, application version, application distribution channel, independent deice identifier, iOS ad identifier (IDFA), Android ad master identifier, network card (MAC) address, and international mobile device identification code (IMEI) The equipment model, the terminal manufacturer, the terminal device operating system version, the session start / stop time, the location of the language, the time zone and the network state (WiFi and so on), the hard disk, the CPU, and the battery use, etc.Including any files, videos, images or data you choose to upload or transmit through your communications with us.

We use your personal and non-personal information, both individually and in aggregate, in the following ways:

Populate online leaderboards and enable online challenges;

Help you find your friends or tell your friends about a product;

Provide app experiences customized to your preferences;

Facilitate your app usage on multiple devices, when available;

Help keep our services safe and fair, resolve disputes, investigate and help curb fraud and illegal behavior, comply with the law, and to enforce our agreements and policies.

Help identify and troubleshoot problems with your account or apps;

To survey your opinions through surveys or questionnaires;

Communicate with you and respond to your specific requests or questions; and

Manage and send you confirmations and important information about your products.

To personalize our communications with you, including to:

Present offers or information relating to apps you might like;

Make recommendations to you; and

Personalize advertising for you and deliver targeted marketing, service updates and promotional offers.

We uses analytics services to understand how users engage with our products. Our analysis relies on your consistent device identifier, or identifier for vendor (IDFV) on Apple devices, so that we can track your behavior over time and develop an understanding of how you prefer to interact with our products. If you have more than one our product installed on your device, those products may share the same identifier value. This enables us to develop an understanding of how you engage with all of our products you have installed. The identifier value is provided to us through the operating system on your device. In the course of processing your data, we may do any of the following:

Analyze your behavior in our products over time;

Analyze your behavior in aggregate;

Combine your information with the information of other players to create anonymized aggregate reports that allow us to understand large-scale behavior trends;

Analyze your information to understand how well our products perform on your device or to investigate bugs, crashes, and other technical issues;

Combine your information with the information of other players to create customer segments based on behavior in our products or location-based behavior;

Use analysis of your behavior in our products to provide you with customized app usage experiences;

Use your device identifier to enroll you in an A/B test. An A/B test is a type of simple behavioral experiment wherein groups of users are provided with slightly different experiences in our products so that we can research and analyze which of the experiences is the most compelling to users of our products; and

Analyze your behavior in the context of an A/B test.

European Economic Area (EEA) Only:

Per requirements under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we log your consent state for compliance purposes. This information is stored on servers hosted in the EU and is used solely for GDPR compliance. Your device identifier is stored along with your consent status. If you consent to personalized advertising, your device advertising identifier also is stored in case we need to be able to access it to assist you with data portability or erasure requests. Your device advertising identifier is not stored in our consent logging database if you do not consent to personalized advertising.

3. sharing of your information

We may share information we collect for the following purposes:

Service Providers. With service providers that perform services on our behalf or enhance our Services, including hosting services, customer service, analytics services and to assist us in our marketing efforts;

Payment Processors. With third-party payment processors that process payments you make;

Advertising Partners. Advertisers, ad exchanges and other ad technology companies that require the data to select and serve our relevant advertisements to you and others, and assist us in our marketing efforts, including as described in the Online Advertising section below;

Affiliates. With our parent company, subsidiaries and other affiliates;

Professional Advisors. With professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us;

Authorities and others. With law enforcement and public authorities, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate for the compliance and protection purposes described above;

With acquirers and other relevant participants (and their advisors) in business transactions (or negotiations of or due diligence for such transactions) involving a corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, sale or other disposition of all or any portion of the business or assets of, or equity interests in, Studio or our affiliates (including, in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings); and

Your specified recipients. We may disclose personal information about an individual to certain other third parties or publicly with their consent or direction.

4. Children

Unless stated otherwise for a particular Service, children are not allowed to use the Services, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from them. We define “children" as follows:

Residents of the UK: anyone under 13 years old.

Residents of the EEA: anyone under 16 years old, or the age needed to consent to the processing of personal data in your country of residence.

Residents of the Republic of Korea, anyone under 14 years old.

Residents of other regions: anyone under 13 years old or the age needed to consent to the processing of personal data in that region.

5. Reserve

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as we deem necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

6. Your information security

We will not sell or rent your personal data to others, we will only share your personal data as described below:

- other users.

Share with other users/friends if you choose to share such information;

Third party suppliers, service providers, contractors or agents who perform functions on our behalf may not be located in your home country.

Right of access and portability: You have the right to request that we notify you of, and obtain a copy of, the PI we collect, use and share about you.

Right to rectification: You have the right to rectify your information, restrict processing and object to the use of your PI in certain circumstances provided by law.

Right to object: In certain circumstances, you have the right to object to the processing of your PI. For example, you have the right to object to the use of your PI for direct marketing purposes.

Right to restriction: In certain circumstances, you have the right to restrict the processing of your PI.

Right to erasure: Under certain circumstances provided by law, you have the right to request that we delete the PI we have collected or retained about you.

In some cases, your choice to provide, change or delete information may affect our ability to provide services or your user experience.

We may refuse to process a request that is not otherwise required by applicable law.

You have the right not to be unlawfully discriminated against for exercising these rights.

If the user requests to modify the personal information, the user information shall not be used or provided until the modification is completed to ensure the use and provision of accurate personal information.

If such information has been provided to any third party, the recipient will be notified immediately of the change so that the information can be amended.
